Leadership
Hooman Mehranvar
President
Hooman oversees the overall strategy, business development and operations at TPM, while also overseeing various technology initiatives. Hooman holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Toronto and an MBA from Columbia University. Prior to joining TPM, Hooman has 15 years of experience in leadership positions in the Technology and Real Estate industries, including as the former General Manager at Sonder, a tech-enabled property management company.
Hooman oversees the overall strategy, business development and operations at TPM, while also continuously implementing technology initiatives to modernize the company. Hooman holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Toronto and an MBA from Columbia University. Niloo Lighvani
VP Client Services
Niloo manages client-related services and internal operations at TPM including HR, Administrative and Board-level matters. She holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and double major in Pharmacology and Toxicology from University of Toronto and is a registered Real Estate broker. Prior to joining TPM in 2009, Niloo worked in condominium sales and marketing.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Arts double major from the University of Toronto and is a registered real estate broker. Simon Lam
VP Building Operations
Simon is responsible for building and technical operations at TPM, overseeing several property managers and providing escalated support on major building issues and projects. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Western University and currently holds RCM and OLCM designations. Prior to joining TPM in 2013, Simon was a property manager at Crossbridge Condominium Services.

Agnes Chan
Head of Accounting
Agnes oversees TPM’s accounting department, leading the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting functions across the company’s portfolio. Since joining TPM over 12 years ago, she has played an integral role in the firm’s financial operations and was promoted to Head of Accounting in 2023. Prior to joining TPM, Agnes worked in finance at Shiu Pong, a property management company, where she gained extensive experience in real estate accounting.
