A Message From The President

As President of Times Property Management Inc., I am committed to apply, contribute and provide our quality standards of effective and timely condominium management services to our valued customers, and to enhance our overall partnership.

Our relationships are built on strong initiative, as well as outstanding leadership, problem solving, technical and interpersonal skills, to ensure that assigned responsibilities are successfully performed by our personnel, properly and on time.

I am always available to assist our clients with legislative advice, information regarding new developments in the condominium sphere or in any matter requested of me. I have personally helped our client boards and our staff meet every challenge we have faced throughout the year. I do my utmost to provide valuable leadership, insight and guidance in the process, while striving to meet each commitment made to every one of our client boards.

I currently sit on the NACM (National Association of Condominium Managers) and, as President of the Association, I am constantly at the forefront of issues facing our industry. I am confident that my insight into these issues will benefit to your corporation.
